Asian Lives Matter
As a designer, I felt it was necessary to address the rise of the anti-Asian hate crime in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. This project serves as a campaign that aims to empower the young ethnic minorities to embrace and take pride in their cultural heritage.
As part of the campaign, a stationery set was designed featuring illustrations that celebrate the richness of Asian culture, including its cuisine, languages, and diverse characteristics. Beyond its aesthetic appeal, it serves a practical purpose in daily life for all age groups, a constant reminder of cultural pride. The set includes a sticker sheet, two rolls of masking tape, two postcards, and notebooks, each thoughtfully designed to celebrate the beauty and identity of Asian heritage.
